I saw Dr. L Payan as a new patient. She was efficient and courteous, took great care of me. Office did not try to up-sell what kind of exam or procedure I needed, recommended exactly what I needed only. New glasses turnaround time 14 days, arrived on time, I got text messaged to come pick up. I had VSP vision insurance for my visit, did NOT pay out of pocket. Great neighborhood eye clinic.
